The REAL Art Carr CPT 200 4R transmission

All shipments are fully insured, and therefore all claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the freight company. CPT ships all merchandise via Fedex or common carrier. Any other form of shipment requested (air freight, parcel post, UPS etc.) are available, however, the additional charges will be passed on to the customer. Do not return damaged merchandise to CPT unless prior arrangements have been made.

Returned or Refused Merchandise
All returned merchandise must have an R.M.A. (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number granted by CPT on the outside of the package, or the merchandise will be returned freight collect. All merchandise returned for credit must be in perfect condition, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, and will be inspected by our factory at the time of receipt.

Merchandise should be returned prepaid and insured, and will be subject to a 15% handling charge. Credit only will be given. NO CASH REFUNDS. All merchandise returned for warranty, inspection, repair, etc. must be sent prepaid and insured. Please be sure to include your name, address, and telephone number, and a note explaining the nature of the problem.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: CPT has the option of charging back any freight charges incurred from a refused shipment.
